The rules for using eAJARcom as a tenant, landlord, real-estate office or service provider.

Account and identity

One account per person, with a verified phone number; the user is responsible for keeping sign-in details private.

Adverts and the marketplace

Adverts are reviewed before publication, must be accurate, and the platform may take down an offending advert with a stated reason.

Contracts and payments

Contracts, digital acknowledgements and in-platform payments are governed by the applicable laws of Jordan.

Liability

The platform is a technical intermediary; contractual obligations remain between the parties to a contract.

Paid featured adverts

Featuring fees are not refundable in cash. If an advert stops before its featured period ends because the unit was archived, rented or paused by the advertiser, the remaining days become a credit applied automatically to another advert of the same account within 90 days. Removal for a violation forfeits the credit.
